I bought my wf-2750 just before Christmas. And I accepted an update now it won't recognise my inks can this be rectified?
Sorry you're having trouble with your inks.
this could just be a misreading caused by static or dust on the contact chip of the cartridge/s. if you take it'/them out fo the printer, you'll see the small metal chip on the front of each cartridge. Carefully wipe them clean with a soft dry cloth or pencil rubber, and then reinstall them.
If the error continues, try switching the printer off at the mains and restarting it after a few minutes.
