Received a faulty item?
You're protected by our 12-month guarantee. In the rare event that you have an issue with your product, our customer services team is here to help! Please send us an email to sales@stinkyink.com, or give us a call on 01746 781020 with details of the issue.
Changed your mind?
If you wish to return an unwanted item for a refund, it must be within 1 month of purchase. Within 3 months of purchase, we can offer a return for credit on your StinkyInk account. In both cases, the item must be unopened and in a resalable condition. Call us on 01746 781020 or email sales@stinkyink.com to arrange a return. Once a return has been arranged, we ask you to post it back within 14 days. If possible, please get proof of postage when you send your return so you are covered if the order goes missing in the post.
What we can’t refund if you change your mind:
- Open items, even if it's just the outer blister pack.
- Items with damaged packaging, including where stickers or writing has been added to the product packaging.
- Products that have been used, even if they have only been put into the printer and then removed.
- Orders received over 3 months ago.
- Optional delivery upgrades that were fulfilled (e.g. next day courier).
Examples of items we cannot refund - please note this does not apply to faulty items
- The packaging has been marked or damaged.
- The packaging has been opened.
- You return a single item from a pack e.g. a black cartridge from a multipack.
How to return a product
When sending your items back:
- Please do NOT include random items with your returns number. We will be unable to send them back to you.
- Please do NOT send us items without a Customer Returns number (RMA). We process thousands of items a day, returns without a Customer Returns number will be recycled and a refund will not be processed.
- Please do NOT write on or stick any labels directly onto products or product packaging. This makes the item unsellable and so a refund will be withdrawn.
- Refunds may take up to 48 hours to be processed once we have received the return, although usually it is within the same day. All returns are logged by the warehouse team on arrival to assess their condition. We reserve the right to not issue a refund if the external and/or internal product packaging makes the item unsellable, and/or if the product itself is unsellable (for mis-ordered and no longer required returns).
What can I do with old cartridges?
Any cartridges which were purchased with us which are older than 3 months, or are opened, can be recycled with us! You can see our recycling information page here.
