Customer reviews for the Epson A4 Double-Sided Matte Paper - 50 SheetsI was beginning to think my Epson ecotank printer was at fault, but I was using cheap matte paper and I read the reviews for that paper and they were having the same problem as me so I decided to use Epson paper. The result was amazing. I will continue to use Epson paper for my Epson ET-2811 printer from now on and also use the Epson cartridges.

Answered by Lauren Cooper (staff member) - June 21, 2023 16:58The paper is a reasonable thickness so can be used for Christmas cards etc but not the thickest I have seen at 180g. I also have to fiddle with the printing brightness settings. Without adjustment, pictures seem to come out too dark. But it does work fine in an Epson ET-2750 which is notorious for not accepting non-Epson card. With adjustments, I can produce adequate photos onto the card for birthdays, Christmas, etc. The worst thing about the paper is the ludicrous price set by Epson. StinkyInk wasn't the very cheapest I found for the paper but was still very competitive and combined with their excellent service, it was a no-brainer to get from them again
