We process refunds as soon as the item in question have been returned to us. If no items are coming back we typically process them the day the refund is agreed.
Refunds are done straight back to the card you are paying with. Whilst we process them instantly it can take up to 3-5 working days to appear on your statement.
Special case: Paypal orders over 60 days.
If we're refunding a PayPal order from over 60 days ago the refund has to be done by cheque. This is a limitation from PayPal.
All returns are logged by the warehouse team on arrival to assess their condition. We reserve the right to not issue a refund if the external and/or internal product packaging makes the item unsellable, and/or if the product itself is unsellable (for mis-ordered and no-longer-required returns. This does not apply to faulty items).
