If you're returning an unwanted item
If you're looking to return an unwanted item to us it needs to be within 3 months of purchase and still sealed. Contact the customer service team by email (sales@stinkyink.com) or by phone (on 01746 781020) if you would like to return an item and they will be happy to assist further.
If you've already spoken to us about a return please have the item sent back to us within 14 days. Don't forget to pick up a proof of postage when you send it, so you're protected in case it goes missing in the post.
If you've already spoken to us about a replacement
Any cartridges which were purchased with us which are older than 3 months, or are opened can be recycled with us! Find out more on our recycling page.
