Cartridges can look different for many reasons, so check the following points to see why this has happened and if something needs to be done.
It has a different code on the box
Compatibles often have a few letters different at the start of the code depending on the manufacturer, check the ending part of the code. So for example if you've ordered our compatible VT0715 pack, and you receive IJ-0715, that's the correct item! If you're worried just double check with us.
It looks different
If the code on the box looks correct and the physical difference is very minor, don't panic. Due to patents, third party suppliers can't copy the same design so there are small differences, it will still work and perform to the same high quality you expect.
My printer isn't listed on the box
Most cartridges go in countless different models of printer, so the manufacturer can never fit all of the printer models on the box. Double check you've ordered the correct item and it looks like your existing cartridges and you'll be safe :)

Find your printer on our website and double check you've ordered the correct item. If it does look like you've ordered the wrong thing get in touch. Please don't open the order.
If you have received the wrong item
Sorry for the mistake, we ship thousands of orders and, very rarely, a mistake can happen. Let us know and we'll get the correct item sent out and the wrong one returned to us. It won't cost you a penny (and don't worry if you've opened it, it's our mistake.)
