Log in to your customer account and you'll gain access to our fantastic fast reorder service. You can find items 1 of 3 ways:
1: Use previous orders
If you have a specific order in mind you want to repeat, or just order part of, quickly jump to it in your order list. You'll get a full breakdown of what the order had and be sure you're getting the same great items.
2: Use our Fast Reorder product list
We know printing demands change and you won't always need the same multipack or single colours. To allow for these changing needs, your account will log each individual product you order, giving you a single go-to page to pick and choose from. It's particularly handy if you have more than one printer and hate switching between printer models.
These previous products are kept 100% accurate. If you order an incorrect cartridge and let us know, we'll update your account so it never reappears to order.
If there are products in the list you no longer need to order (e.g. because you've changed your printer) simply click on the red 'Remove this product' links to remove them.
3: Saved printers
If you have a printer you've never ordered for, or have only ever ordered one or two cartridges, you can save a printer for future use. You get the added benefit of first-access to any deals for that printers products, so it's definitely worth doing.
A Super Streamlined Checkout
Once you've added what you need to your basket, pop to the checkout and you'll find your default addresses all filled in. Confirm your delivery and payment methods with 2 clicks and you're good to go. You can manage your addresses in your customer account.
