If the order has just been placed phone us on 01746 781020 and let us know as soon as possible. We're incredibly efficient in our warehouse so stop reading and phone us now before it gets posted out.
What can I do if my order has already been shipped
You can refuse the delivery, in which case it will be returned to us and we can get it cancelled & refunded. We wouldn't be able to process the refund until it gets back to us though, so it's faster if you let us know before we ship it.
If you've already accepted the delivery then follow our returns procedure to get it back to us for a refund or credit where possible.
