You can obviously change your address before placing an order, but if you notice a mistake after placing your order please let us know as quickly as possible.
We will make every effort to change the address for you, but if you've received an email saying your order has shipped it is too late to change this as the item(s) have left our warehouse.

We cannot guarantee address changes
We process a huge number of orders so it's not always possible to find an order before Royal Mail collects it, and our system is very fast to process new orders.
Due to this we can't guarantee being able to stop the order and it is your responsibility from placing the order, but we'll do our best where we can.
