The page yield is calculated by manufacturers using ISO/IEC 24711 standards, where they print set documents of 5% page coverage until the cartridge is empty. The standard means you can compare yields between cartridges and manufacturers.

The SV150A is the same product as the MLT-R304, just with a new code, and will work in the same printers!
This is an original Samsung MLT-R304 imaging unit which you may also know as a drum unit. This is the part of the printer which prints the toner into its shape, so it's important to replace the unit when the printer tells you to keep everything in good working order.
The R304 imaging unit has been made by Samsung from scratch to work perfectly with your Samsung laser printer. The imaging unit can process up to 100,000 pages before it will need to be replaced so you won't need to replace it as often as your toners but changing it when prompted will keep your prints at the best quality possible.
