This Samsung 404S Cyan Toner Cartridge is quoted as doing up to 1000 pages before needing to be replaced.
The page yield is calculated by manufacturers using ISO/IEC 24711 standards, where they print set documents of 5% page coverage until the cartridge is empty. The standard means you can compare yields between cartridges and manufacturers.

HP purchased Samsung's toner business in November 2017, taking the handy step of giving new codes to selected products.
The ST966A is the same product as the CLT-C404S, just with a new code, and will work in the same printers!
This is an original Samsung 404S cyan toner cartridge. Original mean this cartridge has been made from scratch by Samsung.
The 404S toners are designed for use in small to medium offices, the cyan toner prints up to 1,000 pages before it needs to be replaced.
The toners install into the machine easily open the front cabinet to expose the toners, slide the old one out and then the new one just clicks into its place. Don't forget to make sure you remove all the packaging.
The original 404S cyan toner is packaged in its own box so if you're not ready to use it straight away you can store it for up to 6 months without its quality being affected.
