Answered by Molly Hanwell (staff member) - November 10, 2023 08:53I bought a Remanufactured Samsung MLT-D111L Toner Cartridge yesterday, when It arrived it was apparent that it wasn't as advertised, it is infact a compatible cartridge, whether or not it is a new cartridge or a refilled one I have no idea.
I contacted customer service via chat who confirmed that it is a compatible cartridge and NOT a remanufactured Samsung one, but they didn't offer any recompense. Overall disappointed with the company.

We are very sorry the toner was advertised as remanufactured instead of compatible. We will get this updated on our web page. As explained over chat it is the same third party parts and toner used, but with a compatible new third party shell, instead of a recycled original shell. When cartridges are remanufactured all working parts are replaced with third party ones and re-filled with third party toner.
There should be no difference in quality or performance in this product.
If you would not like to keep the product, please let us know as we can organise a free return for you.
