The remanufactured cartridge makes it affordable to carry on using the printer which would otherwise have been consigned to a dark place! I use it for document printing and have no complaints about the quality of print.

Not impressed with this re-manufactured cartridge at all. It leaves a black vertical line down the page on approx. 1 in 3 prints. Back to the genuine article.

Sorry you had a problem with this toner.
When you get lines printed down the page this is normally a drum error, you'll find the drum attached to your toner. If you take the cartridge out of the printer you should be able to see the drum roller along the length of the cartridge. It's normally has a shine to it and it a blue.green colour.
If you gently wipe this clean with a dry cloth it will remove any build up of excess toner which is causing the line and should solve the problem for you. Please make sure you don't touch the drum with anything other than the cloth as this will damage it.
