Simply open the front cover on the printer, and pull the empty toner towards you to remove it. Then unpackage the new toner gently shake it from side to side and slide it into the printer. The front cover can then be shut.
The remanufactured Dell 5130cdn magenta is packaged in its own sealed box so if you're not ready to use it straight away then don't worry. The toner can be stored for up to 6 months without its performance being affected.
