The 201X toners can be used along with any original or remanufactured, 201A or 201X toner cartridge with no problems at all.
The 201X black toner can produce up to 2,800 pages and each 201X colour toner can produce up to 2,300 pages before they will need to be replaced. This makes them ideal for anyone who prints on often or/and in batches.
These cartridges have their very own drum attached, this is part that prints the toner powder into your design. In other printers the drum is a separate part you replace less often but with the 201X toners you'll get a new drum each time you replace each toner. This means your printer is being maintained as often as possible and your prints are being kept at the best quality.
