Hard to say if this product is good or not, as it's been bought 'in reserve' as the printer reliably informs me it is about to run out. I was buying a set of inks, which I did need, so figured it was just as easy to add one of these at the same time. So while I can attest that the order process, the delivery, and everything bar the actual use of this product has been top notch, I am more than confident that when the printer says it is actually time to use this thing, I will remain 100% satisfied. Until then, it's on the shelf waiting…
