The HP CE254A collection unit is used to catch any excess toner which may be used on your prints, this is then held in the collection unit. This then stops and buildup of excess toner forming and prevents any blockages or clogging inside the printer. The CE254A collection unit can process up to 36,000 pages before it needs to be replaced, so your printer will always run smoothly and give you the best results.
The waste toner collection unit comes in its own box so it is fine to store for up to six months without its performance being affected. Ideal if you want to keep a spare one to hand!
