where is this particular toner manufactured. we are adamant that nothing we purchase comes from China. we would need to buy 8 of them.

I'm afraid that I'm not 100% certain where HP make their toners - I know that a great many of their inks are made in the Philippines, but unfortunately this doesn't mean the toners are made there too.
