Answered by Zara Webb (staff member) - January 05, 2024 08:39As you know have used many packets of the A4 gloss paper for my photo prints etc. I did not use any other product except for large rolls on an 600mm wide on some jobs.
I also use only EPSON printers two of which use bottle EPSON ink and cartridges on two printers. I never use cheaper ink on my printers.

Answered by Molly Hanwell (staff member) - December 19, 2023 09:08Item code Q2510A is semi gloss 170gsm - the item is described as 200gsm glossy. I don't want to order the wrong item but the pack I have is Q2510A semi gloss bar code 0873647264. Has the specification changed?
I've checked HP's website also and our website listing is correct in saying its A4, glossy and 200 gsm.
There's a chance the specification could have changed, but we are unable to confirm if this is the case.
