Answered by Zara Webb (staff member) - August 16, 2023 12:18The service was good, unfortunately the ink cartridge is not good whilst it's showing it has loaded it is not printing.
Cleaning the heads has not worked all it has done is drain the colour
cartridges.
We are sorry to hear that the cartridge isn't working. I will personally contact you now to see if we can help troubleshoot. If not, we can replace it, or refund you under your 12-month guarantee. Sorry for the trouble caused.
