Answered by Zara Webb (staff member) - July 27, 2022 11:59My order for a replacement toner cartridge arrived in good time. I always keep one a as spare so I haven't used it yet but this has worked very well in the past and I have no doubt that it will be the same this time.
I am not all happy with TN2220 toner cartridge compatible with the Brother HL2240. and I would like to return it. I installed it this morning, which of course is quite straight forward but the print quality is very poor. There is a shadow of partial words appearing down the length of the paper. Not the case witth the cartridge I am replacing. Please advise me of the procedure to return the cartridge
