I installed the magenta cartridge (I had asked for the wrong colour. I didn't need the Cyan), while the printer recognises that the ink is there it doesn't print using that colour. Therefore, I'm afraid I will not be using your inks, or any other compatible inks again.
We are sorry to hear that the cartridge is not printing. I will personally contact you now to see if I can help troubleshoot, if not we can replace it or refund it for you. Sorry for the trouble caused.
