Squeezing the clip on the side of the cartridge will let you lift it out, the new one can then be sat in its place and then pushed down until it clicks into place.

How much ink is in a Canon PGi-570 & CLi-571 Original cartridge?
We don't advise on the number of millilitres, as not every cartridge prints using the same droplet size, so two cartridges for two different printers may both have 5ml of ink, but one will print more than the other.
