Good day, I bought a Selphy CP810 Printer long time ago nearly 2 years now and i just recently used it with the free cartridge and paper with it. The cartridge run out so i bought one here at a local shop in Namibia and was recommended KP108IN but to my dismay my printer doesn't want to print but the colour in the cartridge is gone. Sir may you please help me regarding my problem? is there any specific cartridge for CP810

If this printer was originally bought in the UK, it may be that the cartridges are not working due to them being the wrong region. All cartridges have different regions on the chips and will only work in those regions. If you call Canon they will be able to offer you some advice and may be be able to change the region for you. If the printer is from Namibia then it ma be that you have a faulty cartridge and I would advise going back to the retailer who supplied the cartridge.
