The DESC line on our paperwork stands for "Description" and is not an actual item, this is why it's missing from your order and your paperwork shows a price of 0.00 for it.
We make our own multipacks where manufacturers only sell singles, giving you a way to buy a set of cartridges and save money on buying them individually. This DESC line helps you know you've purchased the multipack, and the items underneath it are everything that is included in the multipack.
e.g. the HP 6000 toner range only comes as 4 individual colours. The 4-pack of HP toners is actually a pack we make ourselves that ships the singles together in a set.
