The short answer is our delivery is one of the fastest online, you shouldn't be waiting more than a day or 2. However, there are a few different factors that can affect delivery times, so please read on.
When We Ship Your Orders
We're here shipping orders every working day up until our last Royal Mail collection around 4pm. This means every order placed before 4pm on working days is shipped the very same day.
Weekend orders are all shipped on Monday, and evening orders are shipped the next morning.
Free Delivery
All orders by default enjoy free and tracked delivery. These normally arrive next day but in there rare event you don't have an item within 5 working days, please contact us.
When you spend over £100 we upgrade your free delivery to a free next working day courier service that will need signing for.
For less popular items that we don't hold in our warehouse we might send an item direct from a supplier to you, meaning you'll enjoy a free courier service on us!
Upgraded Delivery options
We give options for Next day, pre-1pm and Saturday deliveries for an added cost. These will come by courier and arrive at the time you have paid for. Simply choose your preferred option in the checkout.
These options may require signing for, so please make sure someone is at the address.
