Some cartridges are fitted with removable seals to prevent toner leaking from the product. Simply pull the detachable plastic seal from the side of the cartridge fully to release the toner.
If this doesn't fix your problem
Your cartridge contains toner, which is a very fine powder. It is possible that during storage this powder has been dispersed unevenly.
Gently rock the cartridge from side to side 2 to 3 times to spread the toner within the cartridge, then reinstall the cartridge. Don’t worry, once it’s installed you won’t need to do this again as they contain a paddle to automate this process.
If you’re still seeing blank prints after these two fixes you may have a problem with your cartridge, and need to contact us to arrange a replacement.
